What is CBD (Cannabidol)

Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of 113 active cannabinoids identified in the cannabis sativa plant. CBD does not appear to have any intoxicating effects such as those caused by tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in marijuana, CBD has been shown to have many health benefits without causing the psychoactive “high” effects. CBD provides a legal alternative to THC (marijuana) it can give the same health benefits of marijuana but not cause the person to feel high. CBD can help benefit many conditions including nervousness, joint problems, digestion issues, general discomfort, regulate appetite, swelling and more.

How does CBD work?

Research has shown that we have what’s called an Endocannabinoid System, which consists of many receptors located on cells all throughout the body. This is where different cannabinoids like CBD interact with these receptors to cause different effects like regulating mood, appetite, reducing discomfort & swelling. More studies have shown that CBD can help aid the relief and management of many conditions.

Will CBD get me “high” or “stoned”??

No. All of our products are non-psychoactive and contain no THC. Therefore will not get you intoxicated or high in any way. All of our products are lab-tested and have zero psychoactive elements whatsoever.

Are there any negative side effects from using CBD?

No. There are no negative side effects that you will experience from using any of our CBD products. We have not received any reports from any customers using our products regarding negative side effects.

Is it possible to overdose from using CBD?

No. You can’t overdose from CBD. Our products only contain safe nontoxic, naturally occurring ingredients so it is virtually impossible to overdose using our products.

How long does CBD take to work?

Cannabidiol (CBD) will start to work on intermittent issues within the first 30 mins. For all other persistent issues please allow 3 days to 1 week to start seeing results. Full-scale benefits are seen over a longer period of time: 1 to 2 weeks.

How long will the effects of CBD last?

The immediate effects of CBD will usually last from 4-8 hours.

Is Delta-8 Legal in Your State?

Is Amanita Legal in Your State?

We sell to all states except Louisiana due to regulation.

We do have Amanita paired with cannabinoids as well, which makes the regulation on those products a bit stricter. For Amanita + Cannabinoid products, we can’t sell to California, Idaho, Louisiana, and Montana.

Where does your CBD come from?

We extract our CBD from whole plant hemp grown in Colorado via Co2 Extraction methods. Our products are tested for cannabinoid potency, pesticides, and residuals solvents. All Cheef Botanicals products are legal to sell and ship in the United States.

Do you provide Lab Testing for your products?

Will Cheef Botanicals Products conflict with any other medications?

No. All Cheef Botanical products are made with natural ingredients. The main active ingredient (Cannabidiol) works naturally within the endocannabinoid system which is a completely different biochemical pathway then your regular medications. It is safe to use CBD with your alongside with any other medications.

How much CBD should I take?

Cheef Botanicals recommends between 0.25mg – 0.5mg of CBD for every 1 LB of bodyweight per day. For full products specific dosing guidelines please visit the CBD Dosing Chart for each product individually.

Are all of your ingredients non-GMO, non-dairy and gluten free?

Yes. All of our ingredients are non-GMO, non-dairy and gluten free.

Can you ship to my state or country?

If you live in the United States then we can ship to you. We currently do not ship to any other country.

What are your business hours?

Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm Pacific Standard Time.

What is your processing time for my order?

All orders will be processed within 48 hours from when the order was placed. Any order placed on Friday after 1:00 pm PST will not be processed until Monday.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders take 24-48 hours to process before they are shipped. Most shipments are sent via USPS First Class within 3-4 days after successful processing. Priority shipping available for additional charges. We currently only ship to States within the USA.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate for all shipments which is calculated during checkout. Before payment, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Do you offer a reseller option or can I buy wholesale?

Yes we offer special pricing for resellers. All resellers are subject to our approval. Please fill out our Wholesale Application Form to start the approval process.

Do you offer Coupon Codes?

Yes. We regularly offer special savings and discount codes via newsletter campaigns, social media, and from our site. Codes cannot be combined with any other offer, promo, sale, or bundle. Codes cannot be combined with reward points or subscription savings. Only one code per customer, household, and IP address can be used. Some rules apply. Contact customer service for more details.
